Laura Edouard
DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, STUDENT SUPPORT (she/her)
Laura is the Deputy Executive Director of Student Support for the City on a Hill Foundation, where she does outreach to support City on a Hill's former students, whether they are graduating this year, or have already graduated.
Before working for the Foundation, Laura served as Principal and Chief Academic Officer for City on a Hill Charter Public School. Before becoming Principal, Laura held many different jobs at City on a Hill including History Teacher, Dean of Citizenship, and Founding Vice Principal of City on a Hill Dudley Square.
When not working, Laura enjoys playing Civilization VI, reading a good book, and cheering her sons on at their various soccer games.
Jordan Lopez
DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, STRATEGY & OPERATIONS (she/her)
Jordan is the Deputy Executive Director, Strategy & Operations for the Foundation, where she manages scholarship disbursement, people operations, finance, technology, and governance operations.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Jordan managed all non-academic functions for City on a Hill Charter Public School as Chief Operating Officer after previously serving in several roles in the City on a Hill Network Office. Before her time at City on a Hill, Jordan worked for The Management Center, a non-profit founded to help leaders build and run equitable, sustainable, and results-driven organizations, where she built out training operations and data infrastructure for a growing team.
When not working, Jordan can be found spending time with her spouse, collecting vinyl albums, or reading a good book.
Sonya Pratt
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (she/her)
Sonya is the Executive Director of the City on a Hill Foundation, where she leads the organization’s strategic vision and partnerships to advance its mission and long-term sustainability.
Before leading the Foundation, Sonya served as Executive Director and previously Chief of School at City on a Hill Charter Public Schools, where she guided the network through a period of transformation and legacy closure. Earlier in her career, she served as the Founding Principal of City on a Hill Dudley Square, launching innovative civic and constitutional literacy programs in partnership with Suffolk University Law School.
When not working, Sonya enjoys watching great films, shopping, and cheering on her daughters in their academic and artistic pursuits.
