CoaH Continuing Education Fund

As a Foundation, we extended our operations to continue on the legacy of City on a Hill. While our traditional work of providing scholarships to young alumni beginning their post-secondary journey continues, we know that many of our alumni who have already completed their college journey are now making impacts across their communities are, too, seeking to continue their education.

Further, we recognize that CoaH’s legacy was built not only by our students, but also by our former faculty and staff who would often discuss what it means to be a lifelong learner as educators and the importance of keeping a growth mindset into adulthood.

The Continuing Education Fund is intended to invest in those who have previously received their Bachelor’s degree, and are working towards a graduate degree or certification.

  • All applications are evaluated by a committee of CoaH community members, including but not limited to former faculty/staff, Board of Trustees members, and other Boston-area educators.

All applicants, regardless of their award status, will receive an update by the decision date.

  • The Foundation accepts applications for the CEF on an ongoing basis and makes decisions about awards at three points of our application cycle (Priority 1, Priority 2, and Final Deadline).

  • Yes. The Foundation strongly suggests submitting your application as soon as possible as scholarships are limited.
